Our approach is grounded in the ADDIE model and informed by adult learning principles, universal design, and real-world application. I specialize in building self-paced eLearning, blended learning programs, and interactive training solutions that are both learner-centered and results driven.

The owner and principle consultant, Tomeika Evans, has a background in federal contracting and media production, she brings a unique perspective to instructional design-combining structured learning strategy with storytelling and visual engagement. We develop courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise, and we focus on creating content that is accessible, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

About the Owner

I’m an instructional designer and learning strategist with a passion for creating engaging, accessible learning experiences across higher education, government, and corporate environments. As a retired U.S. Army veteran, I bring a disciplined, mission-focused approach to every project, grounded in real-world leadership experience.

My professional journey spans broadcast news, Deaf education, and federal service, including work with the National Fire Academy, where I supported the development of training for emergency management professionals. This diverse background allows me to blend storytelling, accessibility, and instructional design best practices to reach a wide range of learners.

Now working in the federal contracting space, I specialize in designing interactive eLearning, leadership development programs, and training modernization initiatives. I combine proven instructional design frameworks with multimedia and technology to deliver impactful, learner-centered solutions that drive performance and results.

Outside of work, I enjoy Colorado’s outdoor lifestyle, traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with friends and family—experiences that continue to inspire my creativity and perspective as a learning designer.
